Welcome to Helpfulco, operated by Helpful Communications, LLC (“Helpfulco,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing this website (https://helpfulco.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About This Site
Helpfulco is a digital consultancy offering educational content, professional services, and digital products. Our website exists to share information, accept project inquiries, and promote our services. The site may also include affiliate links and original publications under the Helpfulco brand.
Helpful Communications, LLC is a registered single-member limited liability company in the State of Ohio, operating under the DBA Helpfulco.
2. Service Terms
All service engagements, including audits, design, development, consulting, and automation work, are governed by individual proposals or contracts. Work over $2,000 generally requires a signed agreement. For smaller projects, service may begin based on email or written acceptance.
Billing & Payment
Project fees are billed either at an hourly or flat rate. Retainer clients receive a discounted hourly rate. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 10 calendar days. A 10% late fee may apply to overdue invoices.
Rush Fees & Availability
Urgent work outside regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) may be subject to a 20% rush surcharge. We strive to communicate availability and timelines clearly in advance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to necessary systems or files. Delays caused by missing materials, unresponsive stakeholders, or third-party tools are not the responsibility of Helpfulco.
Scope Changes
Requests outside of an agreed project scope may require additional time, costs, and written approval before work begins.
3. Digital Products & Affiliate Links
From time to time, Helpfulco may offer digital products, templates, or educational downloads. Unless stated otherwise, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable.
We may also include affiliate links to third-party services we trust. These will be clearly disclosed when present. Clicking affiliate links may result in Helpfulco earning a small commission at no extra cost to you.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content, visuals, logos, and original materials on this website are the intellectual property of Helpful Communications, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without written permission.
Clients retain full ownership of deliverables upon receipt of final payment. Helpfulco retains the right to reference anonymized work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Website Use & Restrictions
You may not misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or scrape content for unauthorized use. No user-generated content is permitted on the blog or elsewhere on the site.
Helpfulco reserves the right to modify, pause, or remove content at any time without notice.
